A contemporary learning hub for musical education and performance, the T.K.E. Phillips School of Music blends rehearsal studios, digital labs, event halls, and residential spaces into a landmark of cultural and architectural excellence.
Organized across three interlinked blocks, the complex integrates academic, performance, and residential functions into a cohesive whole. Commemoratively named after T.K.E. Phillips, the founder of classical church music in Nigeria and a pioneering organist of the Cathedral Church of Christ, Lagos, the institution stands as a living tribute to his legacy
